A gathering of old friends and a celebration of cheese and good food
Dear friends,
Wow, what an incredible few weeks of workshops in Victoria! I was so ecstatic to return to what seems to be becoming my second home, Daylesford Longhouse and to finally meet my dear friend and Sweet Greek mama Kathy Tsaples.
We gathered, we made cheese, we feasted and at the end of the 2 weeks, we were like old friends. It was an abundance of love, generosity and friends coming together to share their love of food. Boy, it was such a full-fat cheese love dream, it was emotional to say good-bye!
All 4 workshops sold out in record time but I'll be returning, hopefully in the second half of the year, if not sooner, to do it all again. If you'd like to get on a wait list, please contact me directly.
Also, a big thank you to my friend, photographer Kim Jane for capturing the day at Sweet Greek so beautifully.
